Summary

Five foreign nationals (Ukraine, Russia, Belarus) worked for Epstein between 2010 and 2019 in roles ranging from personal assistant to senior facilitator. Despite 3.5 million pages in the DOJ corpus, ZERO immigration documentation (visas, green cards, employer sponsorship) has been identified for any of them. This documentary void is a statistically significant anomaly given the Brunel precedent (fraudulent MC2 visas = ESTABLISHED) and the volume of financial/administrative documents available. The hypothesis is that an undocumented—potentially fraudulent—immigration mechanism facilitated the entry and legal residency of these women in the United States.

Detailed description

The 5 Foreign Nationals

  1. Karyna Shuliak (Ukraine, IIE 30): last known companion of Epstein. Salary $191,922/year (2015). Direct contact Hanson and Brunel. Present until the 2019 arrest.
  2. Nataliya Pozhidaeva (Russia, IIE 28): SENIOR facilitator. Active since 2010. Art buyer $100K+. Identification of ‘outstanding model’. Organizer of IPI conferences. Equivalent to Maxwell on a reduced scale (analogy 0.30).
  3. Yuliya Silinskaya (Russia, born 7/11/1991 Moscow, IIE 25): alias ‘Juggly’. Compartmentalization PROVEN. Promoted April 2018 (access to 40K contacts). Partial cost $52K+.
  4. Arina Mishina (Russia, IIE 12): role less documented.
  5. Renata Bolotova (Belarus, IIE 10): previously incorrectly identified as ‘Renata Bono’.

The Documentary Anomaly

The DOJ corpus contains thousands of financial, tax, and administrative documents: employment contracts, NDAs (via Indyke), pay stubs, invoices, emails. For EACH of the 5 women, financial and operational traces are found. Conversely, ZERO document related to immigration (H-1B visa, J-1, O-1, green card, employer sponsorship, immigration lawyer consultation) has been identified.

This absence is all the more significant because:

  • The corpus covers 2005-2019, representing the entirety of the period of these women’s presence.
  • Financial documents demonstrate formal employment (declared salaries).
  • Formal employment of a foreign national in the US legally requires a valid immigration status.

Brunel’s Precedent

Jean-Luc Brunel (MC2 Model Management) used fraudulent visa applications to bring young women into the United States [ESTABLISHED, THEORY-0039]. This mechanism is documented in the AUSA memo of March 2011 (EFTA00206173): ‘fraudulent visa applications’. The pattern is identical in its structure: foreign women, employment by/for Epstein, absence of regular documentation.

Hypothesis of Mechanism

(A) Renewed tourist visa (B-1/B-2): the simplest, but illegal for a paid employment. (B) Sponsorship by a third entity: one of Epstein’s companies (Southern Trust, BAMG, etc.) may have sponsored work visas. (C) Sham marriage or green card lottery: undocumented but possible. (D) Use of the Brunel/MC2 network: MC2 had a visa infrastructure in place. (E) Unidentified immigration lawyer: the documents might exist outside the DOJ corpus. (F) Legal entry + visa overstay: the most common.

What This Theory Does NOT Claim

  • It does NOT claim that the 5 women are victims of trafficking (some hold positions of power).
  • It does NOT claim that Epstein used the same mechanism as Brunel.
  • It does NOT claim that the lack of documentation proves fraud.
  • It identifies an ANOMALY and proposes testable hypotheses.
