Draft emails of Gates or concerning Gates and Epstein have been found within the EFTA documents. These drafts reveal negotiations and communications significantly more extensive than what has been publicly acknowledged. The most damning document (EFTA00717809) shows Epstein explicitly ordering Boris Nikolic to leave no written trace: 'I do not want any record of you negotiating this in any way'. Larry Cohen was drafting official announcements for Nikolic's departure, under Epstein’s direct supervision. Strategic drafts (telcon IPI-Gates Foundation, 8-K SEC filings, separation agreements) were also circulated to Epstein.

Detailed description

During the summer of 2013, a complete document drafting ecosystem operated between Epstein, Boris Nikolic (scientific advisor Gates), and Larry Cohen (communications consultant). Cohen drafted professional versions of official announcements for Nikolic's departure from bgC3 and the Gates Foundation. Epstein directly oversaw this process and ordered the deletion of written traces. Simultaneously, strategic information from the Gates Foundation (IPI calls regarding polio, UAE/Saudi Arabia connections) was transmitted to Epstein via Andrea Pfanzelter (IPI Vienna). Drafts of legal documents (trust decanting, separation agreements) were expedited under pressure from Epstein ('Jeffrey wants this completed in 2013'). The initially mentioned ‘Russian’ aspect materializes partially via the IPI Vienna / Terje Rod-Larsen connections, but requires separate further investigation.
