Summary

Between Epstein’s arrest (July 6, 2019, Teterboro) and the search of 9 E 71st Street (July 11, 2019), a window of 4-5 days allowed private actors to access the safe containing sensitive evidence. Richard Kahn is documented arriving with 2 suitcases (DOJ-OGR-00012973-74). Chart GX-1101 (names of seized CDs) remains sealed. The existing tape pre-evidence on the safe is a unique anomaly.

Detailed description

The chronology of events in July 2019 reveals a critical time window between Epstein's arrest at Teterboro Airport (July 6) and the official FBI search of 9 East 71st Street (July 11). During these 4-5 days, the townhouse was not under seal and private actors could theoretically access it.

Deep Throat identified in the DOJ corpus (DOJ-OGR-00012973-74) that Richard Kahn, co-executor of the Epstein estate, arrived at the townhouse with 2 suitcases after a gap of 4-5 days following the search. Agent Meder's testimony (DOJ-OGR-00012992) describes chart GX-1101 as 'showing exhibit numbers with name of CDs' — this document remains sealed and has never been made public.

The most significant anomaly is the existence of an 'evidence tape' pre-existing on the safe before the FBI search. This suggests either a prior undocumented search or a deliberate marking by an unknown actor.

The Indyke-Kahn-Tomback Triangle (Pattern R, Successional Circle) simultaneously controls: (1) the 1953 Trust which receives ALL assets, beneficiaries NOT public, (2) the recovery of evidence during the safe window, (3) the EVCP program (Feinberg, $1.5M-$5M per victim with total General Release).

Historical precedents (Herodotus): Nixon Tapes (18.5 min gap), Iran-Contra (North shredding), destruction of CIA interrogation tapes (Rodriguez), destruction of MKUltra archives (1973). The Epstein gap fits into a documented pattern of destruction of evidence in cases involving powerful actors.

Key claims

1

4

Le temoignage de l'agent Meder (DOJ-OGR-00012992) decrit le chart GX-1101 comme 'showing exhibit numbers with name of CDs' — ce document reste scelle et n'a jamais ete rendu public.

5
