Noahide Laws and World Governance -- Chabad-Lubavitch, PL 102-14 and Alleged Theocratism

THE SEVEN NOAHIDE LAWS: ESTABLISHED RELIGIOUS FACT

The seven Noahide laws (Sheva Mitzvot Bnei Noach) are a concept from rabbinic Judaism designating a universal moral code that, according to Talmudic tradition, God allegedly imposed on all of humanity (descendants of Noah):

1. Not to practice idolatry
2. Not to blaspheme
3. Not to murder
4. Not to commit adultery/incest
5. Not to steal
6. Not to eat a limb torn from a living animal
7. To establish courts of justice

Primary Talmudic source: Sanhedrin 56a-60a. The concept is discussed within the broader framework of the relationship between Israel and the nations.

The Rambam (Maimonide, Mishneh Torah, Hilkhot Melakhim 8:10-11) establishes that non-Jews who observe the seven Noahide laws 'due to their divine revelation' have a share in the world to come. The status of 'Bnei Noach' (Noahides) is a concept of intra-Jewish legal status that defines the minimal moral threshold expected of humanity.

In mainstream Jewish thought, the Noahide laws are NOT a political program but a THEOLOGICO-MORAL concept defining universal obligations of humanity towards God.

CHABAD-LOUBAVITCH AND THE PROMOTION OF NOAHIDE LAWS [ESTABLISHED]

The Chabad-Loubavitch movement (see HIST-0040 section 4.5) has actively promoted the Noahide laws as a universal moral framework, notably under the impetus of the 7th Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson (1902-1994):

• Schneerson encouraged the dissemination of the Noahide laws among non-Jews
• He supported the creation of a movement of non-Jewish ‘Bnei Noach’ (Noahides) observing these laws
• The Bnei Noach movement today counts several thousand adherents worldwide (Philippines, Brazil, USA), organized in congregations with designated rabbis

PUBLIC LAW 102-14 (March 26, 1991) [ESTABLISHED as a fact; DELIRANT for interpretation]

FACT: On March 26, 1991, President George H.W. Bush signed Joint Resolution 104 (Public Law 102-14), proclaiming March 26, 1991, ‘Education Day, U.S.A.’ in honor of Rabbi Schneerson and his contributions to education.

Key text: The resolution declares that ‘these ethical values and principles [the Seven Noahide Laws] have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of civilization’

DELIRANT INTERPRETATION: Conspiracy theorists claim that this resolution ‘legalizes the Noahide laws as the law of the land’ and constitutes the first step toward a ‘Noahide world government’ in which non-Jews would be subject to the control of rabbinical courts. Some allege that the death penalty by decapitation is prescribed for transgressors (out-of-context citation from the Rambam, Hilkhot Melakhim 9:14).

REALITY: PL 102-14 is a SYMBOLIC (Joint Resolution) that:

• Has NO legal force (not a law in the normative sense)
• Creates no obligation, no court, no enforcement mechanism
• Is comparable to hundreds of similar resolutions (National Pickle Day, etc.)
• Was passed by voice vote without debate
• Education Day is proclaimed each year without incident since 1978

THE NOAHIDE WORLD GOVERNANCE THEORY [DELIRANT]

The theory alleges that:

1. PL 102-14 = first step of a Noahide world government [DELIRANT]
2. The reconstituted Sanhedrin in Tiberias (2004) will prepare for the implementation of the laws [SPECULATIVE]
3. The Third Temple (see HIST-0040 section 3) will be the seat of government [SPECULATIVE]
4. Non-Jews will be subject to rabbinical jurisdiction [DELIRANT]
5. Transgression of the 7 laws will be punished with death by decapitation [DELIRANT]
6. Noahidism will destroy Christianity, Islam, and other religions [DELIRANT]

This theory is disseminated by anti-Jewish evangelical circles, white supremacists, and certain conservative Muslims.

EPSTEIN CONNECTION: PRACTICALLY NONEXISTENT

Alleged links pass through:

• The Kushners: Jared Kushner and his family donated $342,500 to Chabad institutions (2003-2013). Kushner married Ivanka Trump, who converted to Judaism under the guidance of a Chabad rabbi. But the Kushners are NOT within the Epstein network in the operational sense.
• Wexner: The Wexners have supported Jewish causes but are NOT linked to Chabad specifically.
• The ‘Mega Group’: Some members (Steinhardt) have supported Chabad via Birthright Israel, but the Mega Group -> Chabad -> Noahide laws -> Epstein chain is a chain of four unfounded inferences.

Within the DOJ corpus (638K+ files), the term 'Noahide' or 'Noachide' does NOT appear. The term 'Chabad' or 'Lubavitch' does NOT appear in connection with Epstein. The connection is ENTIRELY CONSTRUCTED through projection.

TUNNELS 770 EASTERN PARKWAY (JANUARY 2024)

In January 2024, the discovery of illegally excavated tunnels beneath the worldwide headquarters of Chabad-Loubavitch (770 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn) by young adherents triggered a surge of conspiracy theories. The reality (young people had dug to enlarge the prayer space) was overshadowed by allegations of underground rituals. This episode reactivated the Noahide theories and their constructed connection with Epstein.
