Epstein and Judeo-Christian Eschatology -- Messianism, Christian Zionism and Dominionism

This theory covers three distinct sub-axes that converge in the conspiracy mindset:

AXE 1: EPSTEIN AND JEWISH MESSIANISM

Some theories allege that Epstein’s program (genetic funding, mass insemination, elite control) is part of a Jewish messianic vision. The elements invoked:

• The kosher pig: Epstein funded research into genetically modifying a pig to be compliant with kashrut laws (by causing it to ruminate). This seemingly eccentric project is interpreted by some theorists as a reference to a Talmudic/Midrashic tradition according to which, in the messianic era, pork would become permitted because God would modify its physiology so that it would ruminate. Rabbi Chaim ibn Attar (Or HaChaim) is cited as a source of this belief. The conspiracy interpretation: Epstein was ‘preparing’ the messianic era through science.

FACTUAL PROBLEM: Funding of the kosher pig is documented but can be explained by Epstein's megalomaniacal eccentricity and his penchant for transgressive scientific projects, without necessitating a messianic interpretation.

• Talmud volumes: Epstein’s possession of volumes of the Talmud is documented by FBI photos. However, possessing religious books does not prove either religious practice or a messianic agenda.

• The ‘Temple’ of the island: The domed building (see THEORY-0600) is sometimes interpreted as a symbolic reconstruction of Solomon’s Temple. The blue and white stripes (colors of the Israeli flag, but also of Islamic ablaq) are cited as ‘proof’. This interpretation is rejected by serious architectural analyses.

• The Mega Group and Wexner: The Wexner-Israel links (see THEORY-0207) are interpreted not only as geopolitical lobbying but as an eschatological commitment -- Wexner ‘preparing’ the conditions for the messianic return via influence on pro-Israel American policy. No evidence of eschatological motivation on Wexner’s part.

AXE 2: CHRISTIAN ZIONISM AND DOMINIONISM

A second axis links Epstein to American evangelical movements favorable to Israel for eschatological reasons (dispensationalist premillennialism):

• Dispensationalist Christian Zionism believes that the gathering of Jews in Israel, the reconstruction of the Temple, and the final conversion or destruction of the Jews are necessary steps for the return of Jesus. Figures like John Hagee (Christians United for Israel, CUFI) and politicians like Mike Pence have documented links with this movement.

• The New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) and dominionism, embodied by figures like Lance Wallnau and close to the Trump administration, teach that Christians must take control of the 'seven mountains' of society (education, religion, media, business, government, arts/entertainment, family). The 'transfer of wealth of the end times' is a NAR doctrine.

• The Epstein connection: Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House of Representatives, has been associated with the NAR movement and has been accused of blocking or delaying the publication of the Epstein files. Lance Wallnau told his followers that Trump was acting 'in the country's interest' by not publishing the files. The conspiracy interpretation: dominionists are protecting the Epstein network because it serves the interests of Israel, themselves perceived as necessary to the fulfillment of prophecy.

FACTUAL PROBLEM: The delay in the publication of the Epstein files can be explained by legal, political, and bureaucratic reasons without invoking an eschatological motivation. The dominionism-protection of Epstein amalgamation is an unproven extrapolation.

AXE 3: TRANSHUMANISM AS SECULAR ESCHATOLOGY (see also THEORY-0602)

The third axis (developed in detail in THEORY-0602) analyzes Epstein’s eugenicist/transhumanist program as a form of secular eschatology – an attempt at ‘technological salvation’ replacing divine salvation.

CRITICAL COGNITIVE BIASES

• STRUCTURAL ANTISEMITISM: The majority of the ‘eschatological’ theories on Epstein are based on classic antisemitic stereotypes (global Jewish conspiracy, messianic manipulation, control by Jews). The Protocols of the Elders of Zion (a fabricated document) is the direct ancestor of these narratives.

• IDENTITY AMALGAMATION: The fact that Epstein was Jewish is treated as ‘proof’ of a messianic motivation, which is a fallacious reasoning.
